Wanted: Hospice volunteers for 11th Hour

Infinity Hospice Care is looking for emotionally mature 11th Hour volunteers who are willing to sit with patients in their final days and hours as they transition.More about 11th Hour:11th Hour volunteering requires flexibility, comfortability with death, a calm presence, an ability to be around grief without being overwhelmed, flexibility with schedules, and a deep desire to connect with people.Families and patients can benefit tremendously from a compassionate volunteer who stays with them during a patient's transition. No one should have to die alone, and our volunteers provide compassionate support for those in need.We provide: Infinity Hospice Care provides free volunteer training, plus additional 11th Hour training. We prepare you as a Volunteer for the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.Infinity Hospice Care Volunteers are the HEART of Hospice.We serve patients and their families in the Northern Nevada area including the greater Reno area, Carson City, Minden, Garnerville, Fernley, and Fallon.
