We are looking for compassionate volunteers who want to assist patients and their loved ones with their end-of-life journey.NEXT TRAINING: October 7 and October 21, 2025 1pm-4:30pm (Trainings are held three times a year.)Both dates required, plus about 12 hours online instruction.Come and be a part of our amazing group here at PeaceHealth Hospice!A health screen and background clearance by PeaceHealth at our expense are required for all incoming volunteers. These requirements must be met before you can begin training as a volunteer.It’s easier than you might think to touch someone’s heart. Hospice Southwest is seeking compassionate men and women who are interested in providing companionship care to our patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.Hospice Volunteers provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families by assisting with patient's personal care, helping with household tasks, running errands, or providing respite to caregivers.
