The mission of Hope PACE is to provide client-centered holistic long term care to frail elderly individuals while supporting their core desires for dignity, autonomy, and the ability to maintain a degree of independence.
To summarize: We are a non-profit organization caring for seniors allowing them to live in the comfort, privacy, and safety of their own home while receiving all their healthcare needs that they would get while living in a nursing facility. We allow them to age at home with more independence, dignity, and freedom while receiving all the care and attention from our interdisciplinary team.
Minimum age: 18.
