Charlotte Harbor Estuaries Volunteer Water Quality Monitoring Network
♡ SaveAbout this opportunity
The Charlotte Harbor Estuaries Volunteer Water Quality Monitoring Network is a coordinated system of more than 80 volunteers who regularly conduct water quality monitoring throughout the six local aquatic preserves in southwest Florida. Volunteers are the critical component to the success of the monitoring program. Once a month, volunteers collect water samples and measure different parameters essential to monitoring the health of the estuary. Field training and equipment are provided.
If you would like to become a volunteer, please email Arielle.TaylorManges@FloridaDEP.gov.
