About this opportunity

Hospice of Okeechobee is looking for volunteers to make phone calls to our patients and families. Some calls are to check in on a patient and caregiver for a weekly chat, others are to check in on family and friends after their loved ones have passed away on our care.Calls can be made from home safely by blocking your personal number. Due to Covid 19 phone calls have become very important in making connections with our patients and families. Please help us make them feel like they are not alone! We are looking for Volunteers to either work remotely or to come into our office and make calls.
