This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of youth by enhancing their educational growth, personal development, and well-being.Volunteer Locations:Choose from four clubs located throughout the county:Hobe SoundIndiantownDowntown StuartPort SalernoFor more information, contact the Volunteer Manager at 772-545-1255 or email Volunteer@bgcmartin.org.Key Responsibilities/Specific Tasks:Volunteers can support with any of the following tasks:Assist with organizing materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining a safe environment based on the preferred grade level or task.Engage with youth and staff in academic enrichment activities, such as tutoring, homework assistance, and supporting teachers with lessons.Foster a positive, safe atmosphere during SPARK activities, including supervision, setting up sports activities, promoting teamwork, and acting as a positive role model.Assist with mealtime delivery, ensuring meals are efficiently distributed and providing a structured mealtime experience.Benefits to the Volunteer:Opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact on the academic and personal development of local youth.Gain valuable experience in educational support, mentoring, and community engagement.Contribute to fostering a positive and safe environment for youth to thrive.1 shift available:14:30 to 17:30 EST
