Continuum Care of Broward is launching a new program, Heroes for Heroes, and we need your help to make it a success! This program connects veterans like you with fellow veterans in hospice care, offering companionship and support during a challenging time.Why This Matters:Many veterans in hospice care face emotional and social isolation.
