Impact lives at Vinceremos Therapeutic Horsemanship Center!

Vinceremos volunteers are an integral part of our program and community, ensuring that our students have the support they need to become strong, confident, and assertive individuals. In addition to improving the emotional wellbeing of our riders, volunteer involvement helps improve our participants' strength, flexibility, and balance, from the tiniest hippotherapy kids to our adult Special Olympic medalists. Vinceremos is currently seeking volunteers for Monday - Friday shifts for our Fall Session starting in September! Vinceremos relies heavily on our volunteers to help groom, bathe, and tack our horses, as well as lead and sidewalk in adaptive riding and hippotherapy lessons.Volunteering at Vinceremos provides a safe environment to learn skills such as stable management, barn maintenance, and equine care (including grooming, bathing, tacking, and handling) while also gaining experience working with those with physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities. Our volunteers also help at special events; fundraisers, the annual VTHC Holiday Horse Show, golf and fishing tournaments, the Annual Benefit Auction, and the Special Olympics.
