Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating projects, including career days, workshops, and pop-up events
Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups using shared tools
Support communication with volunteers, partners, and community stakeholders
Help with basic research, scheduling, and preparing materials for meetings
Collaborate on reporting, documentation, and impact tracking
Attend virtual meetings and provide updates or minutes as needed
