Position OverviewNurses provide nursing services to patients during clinic hours and as available assist with special events like health fairs screening in the community. RN’s, LPN’s, MA’s, CNA’s are needed. All nurses must be licensed. We can provide malpractice insurance through the VRP program.Responsibilities and DutiesSupports the mission of CarePoint ClinicIs able to work at least one shift per monthArrives 10 - 15 minutes prior to their shift to be ready for the first appointment time of the shiftRecords patient information in the EMR system (currently Patient Fusion)Assessing a patient condition to help prepare for the providerComplete various skills asked by a provider appropriate to the patient (may include but not be limited to): UrinalysisEKGHbA1cCapillary blood sugar with glucometerUrine pregnancy testRapid Strep testClean and/or disinfect the exam room after each patient visitTeach patients the skills, lifestyle changes, and how to use instruments and information given to manage acute or chronic illnessesCurrent need is for Wednesday and Thursday Clinic both 1st shift (9:30 am - 1:00) and 2nd shift (12:45 - 4:15 pm)

CarePoint Clinic provides free high-quality primary health care for all people in the Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding areas. Our doors opened in November of 2016 and we are a small, but growing clinic that believes that everyone should have access to primary health care.Our dedicated space is in the Family Life Center at SVA Church in Fall City. We are open on Wednesdays from 10 am - 4 pm and while we prefer appointments, we will accommodate walk in appointments at our next available opening.
