Helping Link/Một Dấu Nối is looking for a recruitment specialist to actively recruit volunteers, sponsors, clients and members of the board on a continuing basis. ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Executive Director you will:Write, edit, update and manage recruitment adsSeek out new opportunities for placement of recruitment adsManage communication with prospective volunteers, donors, clients and members of the boardLead volunteer onboarding sessions twice a monthRequirementsStrong writing and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team settingBenefits Network and connect with sponsors, clients, volunteers, and Board of Directors within and outside of Helping LinkEnhance communication and writing skills to diverse professional and social networks
