Brighton Hospice is looking for volunteer hair stylists to help hospice patients feel refreshed and cared for in the Salem area.How Beauty Services Help Hospice Patients:Boosts confidence and self-esteemProvides comfort and relaxationCreates a sense of normalcy and dignityOffers meaningful personal connectionYour Role as a Volunteer:Provide simple haircuts, styling, or trimsBring joy and a touch of self-care to patientsWe ask volunteers to commit 1-2 hours per week, with shifts assigned based on patient preference. Brighton Hospice provides excellent and compassionate care for patients at end of life. The hospice team provides support for loved ones of patients through end of life and after with bereavement support. Brighton Hospice takes pride in providing CNA visits 5 days a week for patients.
