At Yvonne's Front Porch Donation Center you will accept, sort, and organize donations, clean equipment, breakdown boxes, make deliveries and pickups, and restock shelves. You will be the friendly face to assist visitors navigating our Donation Center. About Share the Care Napa Valley
Mission:Share the Care Napa Valley's mission is to impact Napa County older adults by providing resources for health, well being and quality of life.Programs:Our fall prevention program aims to reduce the risk and fear of falling by conducting home safety assessments and modifications by licensed professionals.Additionally, we accept donations of gently used medical equipment and home health supplies that would otherwise end up in ladfills, and in turn, provide these items at no cost to community members.Decluttering is a program we offter that facilitates a necessary cleanup service to help older and disabled people living in unhealthy conditions, such as hoarding, and threatening to be evicted.We serve as an information resource for our older adults in the Napa Valley by providing referrals and assitance.
