If so, we invite you to explore the opportunity to become a Foster Family with our Complex Care Program.In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing care to youth with complex needs, offering them the support they need to heal, grow, and thrive. The work is not easy-it’s challenging, rewarding, and deeply impactful. With the right support, you can be the difference in a young person’s life when they need it most.What You’ll Do:Provide a safe, stable home: Welcome youth who’ve experienced significant trauma and provide them with the care, stability, and structure they need to begin healing.Offer immediate support: Be available quickly-within 2 hours-to receive youth in crisis, offering them a place of safety and consistency.Support healing: Help youth build trust and foster positive relationships, even through behavioral challenges.Work as a team: Collaborate closely with our team of professionals, including caseworkers, therapists, and child welfare experts, to create and implement care plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.Stay committed: Stick with youth throughout their journey, even during the tough moments, and provide a nurturing environment where they can feel heard, understood, and valued.Who You Are:You are a compassionate, flexible, and resilient individual or family who is ready to make a lasting impact.
