SWB Delivers Outreach Program is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven **Volunteer Program Manager** to support our community-based initiatives and help oversee daily program operations. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about social impact, affordable housing, and wraparound services in underserved communities.Position Details: * Title: Volunteer Program Manager * Commitment: Minimum of 6 hours per week (Monday through Thursday) * Stipend: $200/month * Location: Hybrid (remote and occasional in-person meetings as needed)Key Responsibilities:· * Assist with day-to-day program management and coordination of services.· * Supervise Housing Counselors and Outreach Teams.· * Track and report program outcomes and participant engagement data.· * Support event planning, outreach activities, and community engagement efforts.· * Coordinate with team members and partners to ensure smooth program delivery.· * Assist with volunteer coordination and scheduling.· * Contribute to program documentation, reports, and communication materials.Qualifications:· * Strong organizational and time management skills.· * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.· * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and online collaboration tools).· * Commitment to SWB Delivers Outreach Program’s mission and values.· * Ability to volunteer at least 6 hours weekly, Monday through Thursday.Benefits:· * Monthly stipend of $200.· * Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit program management.· * Build skills in leadership, community outreach, and social services.· * Contribute directly to meaningful change in underserved communities.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a brief cover letter and resume to Board President, Detra Harris, detra@striverealestate

SWB Delivers Outreach Program provides outreach services, to include community engagement, housing problem solving, information & referrals, affordable housing opportunities, and health & wellness programs for low-income households up to 80% of the area median income (by county served). Our program is funded through public and private donations. Our unique business model and partnership with Strive Real Estate affords our program to service counties; Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco (California), Montgomery and Hamilton (Ohio), and Philadelphia (Pennsylvania).
