This is a great opportunity to build community, share skills, and bring joy to residents who enjoy crafting and socializing.When: Weekly, Tuesdays, 1PM-2PMWhat You'll Do:Lead a small group of seniors in a relaxed knitting sessionProvide guidance and support for beginners and experienced knitters alikeFoster a warm and welcoming environment for social engagementA Service Coordinator will be on-site to support the activity. No professional teaching experience is needed-just a love for knitting and patience to help others!Requirements: Ongoing SAHA Community Volunteers must commit to volunteer once a week for a minimum of 4 months, and must complete a volunteer orientation, volunteer forms and background screening prior to beginning their placement.About SAHA: Satellite Affordable Housing Associates is committed to providing quality, service-enriched, affordable housing in the bay area.
