Do you want to help protect the environment and work with a fun diverse group of people? Does working to battle food insecurity at a Bay Area community farm sound like something you want to do? Then you should join the team at FFCF!We are looking for a few skilled visual story-tellers to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have the ability to capture candid, authentic images and videos at the Florence Fang Community Farm and at community programs. Knowledge of photo and video editing programs is preferred but not required. The photos and video clips would be used for our social media pages eg Instagram @ffcommunityfarm and LinkedIn @florence fang community farmResponsibilities for PhotographerTake pictures on location in BayviewWork closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic imagesUse artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographsReview sets of photographs and select the best resultsQualifications for PhotographerNo prior experience as a photographer necessary but are preferredDetailed knowledge of photography art and lightingStrong creative presence and artistic flairAble to stand and move around for long periods at a timeMust have access to and use their own transportation.Flexible to travel to locations as required of the jobOur community farm brings together a network of different groups and is centered around bringing awareness to environmental sustainability, cultural diversity, and healthy living and eating practices. As well as growing produce on our own we also partner with different groups to bring local fresh produce to the people of our community.The Florence Fang Community Farm is one of SF's largest and most active urban farms.
