This volunteer role is essential to the success of our tax services to strengthen our San Francisco Bay Area community. Responsibilities & TasksMeet with clients at our community based tax sites throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to verify their identity and help them to complete our tax questionnaireHelp collect the necessary information for completing a tax returnMaintain confidentiality of client informationTreat clients with dignity and respect RequirementsStrong client relations and communication skills (both verbal and written)Highly organized, detail oriented Experience using google docsSome prior tax or financial experience is preferredComfortable working with a diverse group of clientsSpanish or Cantonese language skills a plusApplication and next steps This is a volunteer position that takes place at various locations around the San Francisco Bay Area mostly on Saturdays.
