AgeUp leads the charge for dignity, justice, and well-being for older adults and people with disabilities across San Mateo County. Built on the trusted foundation of Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, we've expanded our mission to create new pathways for education, support, and community connection. We champion the rights of long-term care residents through our certified Ombudsman Program, fight loneliness with Phone Buddies, Friendly Visitors, and Kindness Crew, and combat abuse and neglect with direct intervention. Through practical education, community events, and strategic partnerships, we're reimagining aging and disability services county-wide.
