Volunteer Opportunity: Concert Front Desk and Patron SupportMaster Sinfonia Chamber Orchestra – A Nonprofit Community OrchestraThe Master Sinfonia Chamber Orchestra is seeking friendly, reliable volunteers to help support our concerts and create a welcoming experience for our audience. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the arts in your community and enjoy live classical music in an intimate setting.Volunteer Role: Front Desk & Hospitality SupportLocation: Concert venues in the Bay Area (Palo Alto, high school, and Los Altos, United Methodist Church)Time Commitment: Concert days (weekends), 2–4 hours per performance, four times a yearResponsibilities may include:Greeting and welcoming audience members as they arriveSelling or distributing tickets at the front deskAssisting with will-call and guest listsProviding basic information about the orchestra and concertsHelping set up or clean up light reception refreshments (as needed)Who We’re Looking For:Friendly, courteous individuals who enjoy interacting with the publicOrganized and dependable, with good communication skillsComfortable handling simple cash or card transactions (training provided)High school National Merit students, retirees, or anyone who enjoys live music and giving back to the community are especially encouraged to applyBenefits:Enjoy live performances while supporting a vibrant nonprofit orchestraGain volunteer service hours (great for students!)Meet fellow music lovers and contribute to a welcoming concert experienceIf you’d like to help make music accessible and memorable for our community, we’d love to have you join our volunteer team!
