About Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County
Become A Certified OmbudsmanOur team of volunteers visit 400+ facilities regularly to observe the environment and advocate for individuals when there are issues. Requirements for becoming a Certified Ombudsman:Age 18+ with a reliable car, driver's license, and insuranceBackground check (and fingerprint)Training (education and shadowing hours)
