Looking to make a real difference in the lives of homebound neighbors in just a few hours each week? Join us at Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen as a Meals on Wheels Office Support Volunteer and help ensure our clients receive the care and connection they deserve!
Location: 1500 Berger Drive, San Jose, CA 95112
Schedule: Once a Week - Flexible - 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (2.5 hours).

Join us at Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen as a Meals on Wheels Office Support Volunteer and help ensure our clients receive the care and connection they deserve!
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be an essential part of our support team, helping us check in on the wellbeing of our Meals on Wheels clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling clients to schedule their in-home health assessments.
- Conducting friendly quarterly phone check-ins with clients.
- Entering assessment and survey data into Salesforce.
- Making wellness calls to clients who may have missed a meal delivery.
