We are looking for someone who has great organizational skills that they would like to share to benefit the community and the 100+ national and international artists who are in residence at Montalvo each year. Our office is a busy, stimulating and creative space. Our facility includes 11 architect-designed studios that house visual artists, writers, media artists, musicians and composers from around the world, and a commons building that holds a dining space, kitchen, and library.REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for someone who lives locally and is able to support this program as a volunteer. We would like this person to contribute to our team and take on responsibility for key administrative tasks required to support our talented artists who have been awarded residencies, and guest artists who come to Montalvo to create art on the grounds or to perform at our public festivals.The position requires a flexible and adaptable attitude, willingness to respond to the needs of a busy office environment, a sense of humor and fun, and the ability to work independently.
