Location: Agua Dulce, CA | In-person only | Minimum 3-month commitmentAre you passionate about animals and eager to make a difference? Animal Tracks Sanctuary, a wildlife sanctuary for exotic and non-releasable animals, is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team!We’re currently looking for volunteers in the following areas:Animal Care Support – Assist with cleaning enclosures, preparing diets, and enrichment (animal contact is limited at first; more interaction comes with experience and training.)Kids Tour Volunteers – Help educate the next generation by assisting with educational tours for children and school groups!Construction & Maintenance Volunteers – Help us improve enclosures and sanctuary facilities with basic construction, repairs, and manual labor.Volunteer Structure: All new volunteers will begin by shadowing experienced team members. As you gain familiarity and confidence, you’ll transition to working more independently. We value consistency and reliability, and ask for a commitment of at least one day per week (same day each week, from 8 am to 3 pm approximately).Why Volunteer with Us? About Animal Tracks, Inc.
We are a forever home for a variety exotic animals and wildlife. The majority of our animals are rescued from the illegal exotic pet trade, retired from the entertainment industry, or owner surrendered. Since these animals would no longer be able to survive in the wild, we provide a nurturing place for them to live out the remainder of their lives. Our secondary goal is to discourage the public from purchasing or keeping exotic animals as pets therefore reducing the negative impact humans have on all wildlife. Through proper care, space, and love from our staff and community, we are giving our animals an opportunity to live out the remainder of their lives in safety and comfort.
