Partner with Local High School Seniors - In-Person & Virtual Connection
Join our College & Career Readiness mentorship program and partner with ambitious South Florida high school juniors and seniors - including First-Generation scholars and bilingual/multilingual students - as they prepare for life after graduation.
You don't need all the answers to make a lasting difference. Often, the most powerful thing a mentor can do is simply show up, share their own journey, and be there to listen. By sharing your real-world experiences-the successes, the detours, and the lessons learned - you give students a relatable sounding board as they navigate their own paths.
Partner High School Campuses
Our hybrid mentoring sessions take place during scheduled weekly club meetings at our designated partner high schools across Palm Beach and Broward Counties (exact dates are provided during orientation):

Your Role as a Mentor
Mentors are paired with a small group of 2–3 students for the academic year (October to April). Spending just 1 hour per week, you will build a meaningful connection centered on open dialogue and mutual growth.
Together with your mentee group, you will:
Share Real-World Perspectives: Talk through your own college or career journey, normalizing the ups and downs of figuring out the future.
Be a Consistent Sounding Board: Offer a supportive, encouraging space where students can speak freely about their goals, ideas, and questions.
