Club Everyone, Me and U provides a retro video game club on the 2nd Friday of each month for neurodivergent individuals of all ages. This event has over 100 participants that attend each month.The entire event runs from 6:30pm-9:30pm. While we can use support throughout the evening, including setup and takedown, if you can only cover a portion of the time we need the following shift support.We need tech support for setting up video game consoles from 4pm til 6:30pmWe need support running the checkin desk, accepting donations, printing member cards, greeting participants, monitoring section and merch table, and then packing up checkin area. 6:30-9:30pmWe need support monitoring game rooms, checking out video games to participants and then support packing up the video game consoles at the end of the evening. 6:30-10:30pmWe also need support running the potluck area, making lemonade, setting up paper products, monitoring drinks and potluck area, and cleanup at the end of the evening 6pm-10:30pmIf you would like to volunteer but can't cover an entire shift, still reach out and we can work with you.
