Volunteers Needed at Tail Town Cats!

Tail Town Cats is a non-profit cat adoption lounge and event space powered, almost entirely, by volunteers. We are in need of volunteers to help with kitty caretaking on a weekly or biweekly basis, in order to keep our 30+ cats happy, healthy, and adoptable!Volunteer responsibilities include but are not limited to feeding, cleaning, administering medications, and socializing our wonderful cats. If you are interested, please complete our volunteer sign up sheet or notify us of your availability to volunteer. Morning availability is particularly needed, but we are willing to work with your schedule. Thank you so much!
About Tail Town Cats
Located in the historic City of Pasadena, Tail Town Cats is a non-profit adoption organization that partners with Kitten Rescue of Los Angeles to find homes for adoption-ready kitties. We host 30-40 cats in our cool and comfortable lounge space. Tail Town Cat Cafe started as a family run operation and is now fueled by volunteers and our local community. We are a registered non-profit 501(c)3 and all of our profits go back into caring for the cats and keeping the lights on!Tail Town Cat Cafe is woman-owned and operated. Since it opened in 2021, we have found homes for over 400 wonderful kitties! Operating as a large foster facility, we house adoption-ready cats from Kitten Rescue of Los Angeles and help to find them amazing families and homes. We help build forever homes with adopters who are empowered, educated, and enriching their lives with a new family member.Our space is beneficial for playful kittens and older cats alike. We offer a wonderful, interactive environment for guests to feel out their adoption prospects or to enjoy a safe and comfortable space to build positive relationships with animals.We also offer a variety of fun events from Painting Classes and Art Shows, to Pilates, Game Nights, and more!
