Shelving Assistant for Food Distribution

We are looking for a volunteer who can help us receive, organize and shelve food arriving for our food distribution program. Tuesday mornings a truck arrives with food that will be distributed that week. Volunteers help us organize the storage rooms and shelve the incoming food. This is a physical job as food boxes may weigh up toe 30 pounds. This job may also involve some light property maintenance while waiting for the truck to arrive since arrival times can vary.
About Trinity Lutheran Church of Pasadena
Trinity's provides food to our neighbors who are dealing with food insecurity. We provide this service to all in need and do not prohibit any neighbor in need from accessing the program. This is a completely volunteer run program and we welcome others to join us in this vital and rewarding work on behalf of our neighbors.
