We are looking for Secretary assistant to fit our team. The Secretary of our organization plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. Here are some of the key responsibilities:1. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate minutes of board meetings and ensure all records are up to date.2. **Compliance**: Ensure the organization complies with legal requirements and regulations, including filing necessary documents with government agencies.3. **Communication**: Act as a point of contact between the board, members, and the public, facilitating smooth communication.4. **Documentation**: Manage important documents such as organizational bylaws, articles of incorporation, and other foundational documents.5. **Meeting Organization**: Schedule and organize meetings for the board, including notifying members and preparing agendas.6. **Membership Management**: Oversee the membership records, including new member applications and renewals.7. **Support for the Board**: Support the board of directors by providing necessary information and reports, assisting in decision-making processes.8. **Policy Development**: Help in the development and implementation of policies relevant to the organization.9. **Financial Oversight**: Collaborate with the treasurer to ensure financial documents are accurately prepared and circulated.10. **Human Resources**: In some cases, handle certain HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and managing volunteer information.These functions ensure that the organization operates effectively and remains accountable to its mission and stakeholders.Private Group Details:Group Size Range: 1 - 50+Event can be held at organization location(s)Donation Requested
