We are seeking responsible high school students to join our workshop team who go to different youth groups to work on STEM projects with 1st to 5th grade students.Student leaders must be responsible, friend & patient with children, and commit 5 hours each month.Each workshop runs for 1 hour and 15 minutesOur current needs are Montebello, Pasadena, and Downey sites which take place on weekday around 3:30 to 5pm, depending on the location.

Founded in 2022, WOW! That’s STEM is a student-led organization dedicated to making STEM fun, accessible, and inclusive for every child through advocacy, recurring workshops, and ongoing mentorship.What started with a few workshops at a local library has grown into a youth-led movement making STEM accessible to classrooms, youth groups, and communities where STEM resources are limited. But it’s not just about STEM — it's about building relationships, confidence and resilience through each project.
