Do you enjoy having conversations and have a compassionate listening ear?We love connecting volunteers with our patients!Loneliness can be a problem for older people, especially when they're in a facility. Their children may have moved away. Spouses and friends may themselves be too frail to visit. Comfort Life Hospice offers volunteer companions to all patients that we serve.Volunteers engage in conversation with patients, play music, watch movies, play games, or simply offer their supportive presence. Volunteer companions are a crucial part of the social/emotional support that we provide. The relationships that form prove to be rewarding for both the patient and volunteer.We currently have facilities and patients in the following locations:Downey, Norwalk, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Burbank, Riverside, Fontana

Our founders have been in the healthcare field for over a decade across various types of care, including assisted living communities, nursing homes, hospitals and home health.We began Comfort Life Hospice because we want to manage all aspects of our patients’ healthcare journey, and we believe that by providing hospice, we can manage our patients’ health and well being from beginning to end.
