Be A Direct-Patient Volunteer and Make a Difference

Angelicare Hospice Care-Our mission: Care, Comfort, CompassionWe are currently seeking volunteers to join our team.The volunteer provides patient care and support services according to his/her experience and training and in compliance with organization policies.Job Duties:1. Direct patient volunteer provides socialization and companionship at the patient's home. Most patient's homes are located in Riverside County.2. Volunteers can also help with administrative task such as filing, helping with bereavement cards/letters, creating patient packets and more. These administrative tasks are done in our office located in ChinoSkills:Mature individual, supportive of the hospice concept, comfortable with his/her own spirituality and willing to serve others in a volunteer capacity. Successful completion of the hospice's volunteer training and orientation program. Previous volunteer experience may be helpful.
