About this opportunity
Volunteers will help assemble food packages for over 29,000 families, older adults, and children who face food insecurity in Los Angeles County. The food packages consist of food items like canned fruit, vegetables, rice, cereal, and other non-perisible food items. Great individual or group project. By giving just a little of your tiem, you can make a big difference in our community.
Minimum age: 18.

"Meeting the spiritual and physical needs of our neighbors" We do this by providing food for the needy in 4 neighborhoods, using volunteers and resources available from the partner congregations. We have a walk through pantry each Thursday in 4 different needy areas in Sioux Falls, SD CHARISSF.org
