Palikari Protection, Inc is a non-profit organization that protects domestic abuse survivors through security planning and bodyguard services.Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated volunteer Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals. Read below and, if interested, contact, George at everpresent2000@yahoo.com -- Not by phone.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to achieve revenue goals.Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.Utilize Raiser's Edge or similar databases (or other means) to manage donor information and track fundraising progress.Conduct research to identify other entities that are offering possible grants.Collaborate with the Founder/Director to promote fundraising events and campaigns.Experience in grant writing and proposal development is a bonus but not mandatory.Qualifications:Proven experience in fundraising or a related fieldStrong strategic planning skillsExcellent relationship management abilities.Ability to conduct thorough research for fundraising purposesOutstanding customer service skillsExperience in grant writing is a plusJoin us in making a difference through effective fundraising efforts. About PALIKARI PROTECTION INC
I spent about 25 years in the security industry with 15 years in the Close Protection industry. I protected VIPs including celebrities, politicians and other public figures. PPI was founded on the premise that abuse survivors who are private citizens are also VIPs, that their lives and safety matter. So, PPI's Protection Agents help survivors stay safe while they conduct their daily activities and re-build their lives. We are a new non-profit that seeks to spread its services to women & others all over Colorado. We are adding our services to the diverse other services that already exist for women who are escaping a domestic abuse situation.
