Fresh Food Box Assembly - Wednesdays

FSR Fresh is a Family Service Rochester initiative created in response to COVID-19 and community food insecurities. FSR receives food donations from organizations and grocery stores that are then distributed to local community members. We are looking for volunteers to help with the food box sortation and assembly. This is a much needed service, and you would play a VITAL role!Details:Volunteers help weigh, sort, & divide the donated food, assembling 15-30 fresh food boxes.Volunteers may need to be able to lift boxes of up to 50lbs.Volunteers help clean and sanitize after the sortation is complete.Volunteers work with 1-2 other people.Time:Food box sortation and assembly happens every Wednesday morning.Hours are from 9:00am to 11:30am.Location:Family Service Rochester South Office (1625 Highway 14 E, Rochester, MN 55904)
