Community-Based Mentoring Marshfield

As a volunteer in our Community-Based Mentoring Program, you will give a Little the invaluable gift of being a caring and consistent adult friend to them. By simply changing the perspective of their world, you can literally start changing their life. This can happen while giving just a few hours of your time each month. It's really pretty simple - by doing everyday activities with a child, you can make a BIG difference in the life of a local child.In the Community-Based Mentoring Program, matches between the Big and Little meet in the community each week at a time convenient for both the volunteer and the child. No cost/low cost activities are encouraged. Some activity ideas are playing catch at a park, riding bikes, doing arts and crafts or learning a new skill together.
