Patient Transportation Drivers - Winona County - Minneapolis VA

VTN (Volunteer Transportation Network) Volunteer drivers provide transportation for Veterans located within the Winona County area to and from the Minneapolis VA Medical Center, Tomah VA Medical Center, La Crosse CBOC, Rochester CBOC and Community Care for their appointments. Drivers use a DAV supplied van to transport our Veterans and will start and end their day within Winona County. Shifts are Monday through Friday.Volunteer drivers must:Pass a basic physical exam with Minneapolis VA Occupation HealthProvide, and maintain, a copy of their safe driving recordProvide proof of personal automobile insuranceConsent to fingerprinting and successfully pass background checkComplete initial and annual training for VA medical center and DAV volunteer drivers
