Objective: To provide a positive experience to guests visiting the Sheboygan CountyMuseum.Potential Tasks:Greet visitor and introduce them to the MuseumSell admission passes to visitorsHandle cash and credit card transactions for admission and store itemsAnswer frequently asked questions from visitorsAssisting with occasional preparatory tasks for Museum programming and/or operations (cutting papers, preparing materials for crafts and Education Programs, etc.)Qualifications:Enthusiasm for working with people and engaging with the public; good communication skillsCash handling experience, or comfort with cash handlingStrong capacity for adapting to a variety of situationsWeekday and/or weekend availabilityVisit our website to learn more about the Sheboygan County Museum and fill out a volunteer application.https://sheboyganmuseum.org/support/volunteer/

For over 100 years, Sheboygan County Museum has been preserving the history of Sheboygan County, and sharing that history with the community through programming and education. As a small organization, volunteers help the Museum grow the scope of their mission and reach thousands of students and members of our community each year.
