Organization: AI Equity Alliance (AIEA) Location: Oskaloosa, IA (Mahaska County) – hybrid/in-person preferred Commitment: 5–10 hours per weekRole Overview: The Principal Software Engineer serves as a local technical lead for the AIEA’s development efforts in Mahaska County, including the Community Resource Platform and AI Impact Center innovation projects.
