Computational Thinking Workshop – Volunteer Opportunity
About the Opportunity
SSN Student Chapter volunteers will conduct an interactive Computational Thinking & Problem-Solving workshop for students at Gurukulam Trust School, Kovalam. The session will use fun, puzzle-based activities inspired by the Bebras Challenge to introduce students to logical thinking, pattern recognition and step-by-step problem-solving.
When & Where
Duration: 4 hrs (Fri/Sat)
Venue: Gurukulam Trust School, Kovalam, Chennai
What Will Volunteers Do?
Facilitate interactive puzzles and group activities
Engage students in logical problem-solving
Encourage students to explain their thought process
Support group discussions and reflection
Make the learning experience fun, engaging and participatory
Impact
The session aims to help students develop logical reasoning, structured thinking and confidence in approaching unfamiliar problems, while giving them exposure to a different, more curiosity-driven way of learning.
Minimum age: 18.
