Hospice patients in Cuba, MO, and Steelville, MO, need your help!

BJC Hospice is seeking compassionate, caring individuals to support terminally ill patients and their families in the Cuba, MO, area and the Steelville. MO, area. This is a great opportunity to do meaningful work that has a significant impact, all while setting your own schedule and choosing your own assignments.Volunteers support patients who are in their homes, or in nursing homes, through:Companionship visitsRespite visits so that caregivers can take a breakRunning errandsLight housekeepingVolunteers will attend an orientation and receive ongoing support from the volunteer coordinator and hospice staff.
