Do you love bringing people together and creating a strong sense of community? We are looking for Community Weavers to help us foster connections both online and in person. You’ll be at the heart of our efforts to build a supportive and vibrant community where everyone feels welcome.What You'll DoOnline Community: Help us create a welcoming and engaging online space. This includes brainstorming and creating content, moderating discussions, and finding new ways to connect our community members.In-Person Events: Plan and organize fun events that bring people together, such as community suppers, movie nights, wellness retreats, Friendsgiving, or ice cream socials. You’ll help with everything from securing a location to setting up and making sure everyone has a great time.Relationship Building: Reach out to neighbors, volunteers, and supporters with friendly check-ins or a note to celebrate milestones and offer support.What We're Looking ForA friendly, warm personality and a genuine desire to connect with others.Strong communication and organizational skills.Creativity and a collaborative spirit.Experience with social media or event planning is a plus, but not required.What You'll GainThe satisfaction of making a real difference in the lives of others by building a stronger community.The opportunity to develop skills in community organizing, event planning, and online engagement.The chance to build meaningful relationships with a passionate and dedicated team.Ready to Get Started?We’ll provide all the training you need, covering our mission, values, and strategies for building a thriving community.
