We’re seeking compassionate, grounded, and engaging Group Facilitators to lead small groups that support youth emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.Our groups cover important topics like mental health, leadership, identity, faith, and community — all designed to help teens grow into confident, resilient young adults.What You’ll Do:Guide structured, meaningful group conversations on mental health, identity, leadership, faith, and moreFoster a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment where every teen feels heardLead activities, discussions, or lessons with provided curriculum and trainingModel active listening, healthy boundaries, and positive valuesCollaborate with staff and volunteers — you’ll never be alone with youthGroups You May Lead or Co-Lead:Mental Health SupportLGBTQ+ Affirming SupportLeadership & Life Skills WorkshopsBible Studies and Faith ConversationsGrief & Loss SupportPeer Mentoring CirclesIdentity & Purpose ExplorationWhat We’re Looking For:Commitment to complete background screening and facilitator trainingComfortable leading discussions and managing small groupsAbility to maintain confidentiality, boundaries, and emotional safetyCompassionate, nonjudgmental, and approachable presenceAvailability for weekly or biweekly group sessions (we’ll work with your schedule)Why Volunteer as a Group Facilitator?Create a lasting, positive impact in the lives of youth who need safe spaces and caring adultsGain hands-on experience in mental health, leadership, ministry, or youth advocacyJoin a supportive team that shares your passion and valuesUse your voice and story to inspire and e

It made the news and changed lives—until COVID shut it down.Since then, we’ve restructured into a multi-state movement with local outreach programs in Florida, South Carolina, and now West Virginia.Where We’re HeadedWe’re launching a new teen center in Charleston, WV—built on the same proven model. It’ll be a safe, welcoming space for all teens, no matter their story.
