Recreation Assistant

Recreation Assistants will assist in setting up and engaging with residents in recreational activities at ESLC communities. Activities include but are not limited to: arts and crafts, games, and outings in the community. Recreation Assistants will work under the direction of the Recreation Manager and Life Enrichment Coordinators to ensure programs run smoothly. Recreation Assistants are needed at The Episcopal Church Home, Seabury Woods, Brentland Woods, and Ashley Woods Assisted Living Communities.Qualifications An interest in working with seniors Basic knowledge of dementia (helpful but not required)Ability to follow verbal and written directions Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team-oriented settingHigh degree of reliabilityPositive attitude
