Case Administrator

The American Red Cross is seeking a volunteer Case Administrator to help ensure client cases are accurate and up to date, giving individuals the best and most efficient access to resources. In this role, you'll review and correct case information in RC Care, resolve discrepancies and process technical expectations to support clients. The role requires “on-call” work such as regular monitoring of emails with responses within 2 hours.Three hours of Red Cross Training and OTJ required.
