Transportation volunteer drivers and driver assistants needed for various shifts M-F 8:30AM-4:00PM driving Seniors in town vehicles (cars and vans) to medical, grocery, and social appointments/events.Training is provided, and only a valid standard Driver's License required. Providing transportation to seniors living independently is one of many free services that the Town of Bethlehem, NY provides to any resident age 60 and above in Delmar, Feura Bush, Glenmont, Selkirk, Slingerlands, South Bethlehem, and North Bethlehem. Additional opportunities for service are available and flexibility in commitment is welcomed! About Town of Bethlehem Senior Services
The Senior Services Department, in conjunction with Bethlehem Senior Projects, Inc., provides information and referrals to services, transportation, and social and educational programs for town residents who are 60 years of age and older.
