2026 International Ranch Ministry Conference

We are looking for volunteers to help out the week of September 23 - 27th at Wings of Hope Ranch. We are hosting an event called the International Ranch Ministry Conference that draws 300 people from across the country and world to learn about how to do Ranch Ministry. Some people are already offering a ministry program in their community and some are looking to begin one. There are hundreds of ranch ministries all over the world. Many partner with rescue horses to reach certain people groups like children who have experienced trauma, veterans, first responders, and more. People attend to learn from speakers who have wisdom and experience in the field of Ranch Ministry and non profit organizations. We have 20 Pre conference sessions on Thursday and Friday and the main event kicks off on Friday night at 5 pm. The main conference has over 60 one hour sessions on every topic from horse training to non profit board management.
Brief Organizational Description:
Located on 50 acres in beautiful Western Hanover, Virginia, Wings of Hope Ranch is a non profit, Christian-based ministry pairing rescued horses with children and teens facing challenges, free of charge. We seek to love, encourage and share HOPE with everybody who comes to the Ranch.
Volunteer Position Description and Purpose: We are looking for individuals that are willing to help prepare meals, serve meals, greet people and check them in to the event, direct cars for parking, set up, clean up, be a room monitor that introduces the speakers and keeps them on time with reminders that there are 5 - 10 minutes left in their session, and a variety of other jobs that week/weekend.
Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements: No training is required. You must be over 18 years of age, or over 13 with an adult to volunteer. There
