Provide a Meal to Guests - A Group Opportunity

**This is a group opportunity only - please only indicate interest if you have a group who would like to volunteer**
The Doorways provides lodging and support to thousands of families every year who need to be close to life-saving medical care in Richmond. With 117 rooms, we are one of the largest hospitality houses in the country and proudly operate entirely on donations. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to help us provide home cooked meals to families staying with us. Serving meals is more crucial to The Doorways and our guests now than ever before. They are relying on your generosity to ensure they have a warm meal at the end of the night as they face medical challenges and are away from home. We can't do it without you.
Details on meal service:
This is a group opportunity and is best for groups of at least 4 people, but up to as many as 20
You must prepare all food onsite, or purchase it from a commercial kitchen
You will serve around 40-50 guests
We serve Dinner every night at 6pm or 6:30pm and Breakfast/ Lunch on the weekends at 11am
You are responsible for the menu and the food, we can help come up with menu ideas for every budget
We provide the kitchen and all other supplies
Open to all ages of volunteers, children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times

Minimum age: 5.
