We offer programs and services that support wellness, education and community engagement. Volunteers are the backbone of our success, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals to help with essential office duties.This is a wonderful opportunity for retiree's, college students, anyone who wants to gain hands on office experience while supporting a great cause and helping people in your very own community. Volunteers will support staff with general administrative and front desk duties. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. We will provide all necessary training. As an Office Support Assistant, your responsibilities may include:Greeting and assisting visitors in person or by phoneAnswering and directing incoming callsFiling paperwork and organizing office materialsAssisting with data entry and light computer workHelp prepare materials for community programs and eventsPerforming photocopying, mailing, and supply organization tasksVolunteers should be comfortable using basic office equipment and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office though training will be provided.SCHEDULE: We offer a flexible schedules; although, we do ask volunteers to contribute a minimum of 2 days a week for 4 hours per shift.
