Family Service Association (FSA) is seeking a Volunteer to provide clerical support for both our Operations department. FSA is a non-profit organization who is committed to strengthening our communities. FSA motto is "Family Strength is Community Strength".This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on administrative experience, build their resume, and gain exposure to the internal workings of a nonprofit agency.Key Responsibilities:Assist with filing, data entry, and document organizationSupport scheduling and coordination of meetingsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive HR-related documentsProvide general administrative support as neededDesired Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizationBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email)Good communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in nonprofit work, human resources, or operationsAbility to maintain confidentialityMust be at least 18 years old, background check is required. (Which FSA will reimburse.)We are flexible with your schedule. If you are only able to volunteer 2 days a week that is fine. We have the following shifts available Monday through Friday:8:00 AM to 12 PM1:00 PM to 5:00 PM8:00 AM to 5:00 PM3 shifts available:We ask volunteers for at least 2 days a week.: Saturday July 19, 2025 - 08:00 to 17:00 PSTWe ask volunteers for at least 2 days a week.: Saturday July 19, 2025 - 08:00 to 12:00 PSTWe ask volunteers for at least 2 days a week.: Saturday July 19, 2025 - 12:00 to 17:00 PST
